CANCELLATION POLICY
Please remember to practice appointment etiquette by: Arriving “make-up free” for lash services. For safety and comfort, please come to your appointment alone. No extra guests or children are allowed in the lash room during your service. Refunds for lash & brows services will NOT be issued. If you have concerns or are not satisfied with your service, please notify PINKBLISS LASH&BEAUTY to receive alternative compensation. Appointments for New Clients and Full Set Service require a deposit at the time of booking. Deposit will go towards your final payment at the day of your service. Deposits are non-refundable for late cancellations or no-shows. I kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. CANCELLATIONS or RESCHEDULE made within 24 hours of your appointment may incur a fee of 100% of the service cost. Failure to attend your appointment without notice is considered a NO SHOW and will result in 100% of the service cost being charged and may require a deposit for future bookings. If you arrive late to your appointment (more than 20 minutes), your appointment will be rescheduled since you’ll be making an impact for the next client valuable time. 50% service fee will still apply.
