APPOINTMENT POLICIES PINKBLISS LASH & BEAUTY All appointments must be booked online. Please ensure you review all policies carefully before booking. __________ APPOINTMENT ETIQUETTE Please remember to practice proper appointment etiquette: • Please arrive makeup-free for all lash services. • For safety and comfort, no extra guests or children are allowed in the lash room during your service. __________ REFUNDS AND SATISFACTION All lash services are final sale. No refunds will be issued. If you have any concerns with your service, please notify PINKBLISS LASH & BEAUTY within 48 hours so an alternative solution may be offered at my discretion. __________ DEPOSITS A non-refundable deposit is required for all new clients and full set services at the time of booking. The deposit will be applied toward your final balance on the day of your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable for late cancellations or no-shows. __________ CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULES I kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Cancellations or reschedules within 48 hours will result in a 50% charge of the service. • Cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours, or no-shows, will be charged 100% of the service. __________ LATE POLICY Please arrive on time. If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, your appointment will be rescheduled to avoid impacting the next client’s time. A 50% service fee will still apply. __________ FOREIGN FILL POLICY Foreign fills are accepted on a case-by-case basis and may require extra time or removal. Pricing is not guaranteed. __________ CONFIRMATION POLICY Appointments must be confirmed. Failure to confirm may result in cancellation. __________ RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE PINKBLISS LASH & BEAUTY reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. __________ Life happens, and I completely understand.
